About Ashley's journey

For me, the battle didn’t come in fixing my training or helping find motivation to get to the gym – it came in fixing my mindset, my attitude to myself and to food.

Before I met Jon, I was putting the hours into my training, but my attitude to food was terrible. I was scared to eat too much and really just didn’t know how to properly fuel myself. Now, I feel like I’m making the best progress I could be and have made some real improvements. Building muscle takes so much time and effort, and the right fuel is so necessary for that. I can’t thank him enough for the difference he’s made for me and I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone for help with all things training and diet.
